Gain exclusive access to the static display and performer aircraft. Pass holders will receive an escorted ramp tour of aircraft on the ramp prior to the gates opening. Tour escorts are professional photographers. LIMITED number of passes are available.

Tour begins at 7:00 AM and concludes at 9:00 AM
No admittance for tour after 7:00 AM

What time is the airshow?
Gates are open from 9 am to 5 pm. The same show is held from approximately 10 am to 4 pm both days.

Where can I get a schedule?
For security reasons, we are unable to provide a schedule in advance of the show.
Gates are open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Performances begin at approximately 10 a.m.
Performances last until approximately 4 p.m.
The USAF Thunderbirds are the final performance in the mid to late afternoon.
A performer line-up is available on-site in the air show program. In addition, performers will be announced via Twitter during the show.
Will there be a kid’s area?
Yes, there will be an all new KID ZONE. Kid Zone features five aviation-themed inflatables, including a 36’ Turbo Shuttle Slide and Blue Angel Aircraft Carrier. $10 wristband provides ALL DAY access to inflatables. Older kids will love the Extreme Air Power Jump ($6 per ride) and the Five Climber Rockwall ($5 per ride). Wristbands cannot be purchased in advance.
Will there be food available?
Yes, there will be food, water, lemonade, soda and beer available for purchase throughout the day. Costs will be similar to those found at other festivals and events.
What else will be at the air show?
Performer autographcs, simulators, souvenir photos, and exhibit booths. For a full list, go to the website.
What can I bring?

Will I have to pay for parking?
Yes. Admission to the show is free. There is a $20.00 fee per vehicle parking.
Is the parking close to the airshow?
Yes.
What’s the deal with VIP Parking?
$25 per vehicle. Purchase in advance. Avoid general admission parking lines. From I35W, exit Westport Pkwy #65. Follow the directional signs. When leaving, two exits are now available – Aviator Way & Heritage Pkwy.
Will handicap parking be available?
Handicap parking is available. Please bring the appropriate designation for your vehicle. From I35W, exit Westport Parkway. Follow the directional signs. The police will direct you to the proper location. See the parking layout above.
I’m coming in a motorhome / motorcycle. What do I do?
Motorhomes and motorcycles park in the same lot. From I-35W, exit Westport Parkway. Follow the directional signs. The police also will direct you to the proper location. See the parking layout above.
What if we’re a group coming in a charter bus?
Buses will park in the westbound lane of Alliance Boulevard. From I-35W, exit Westport Parkway. Turn left onto Westport. Turn right on Heritage. Turn left onto Flightline. Follow the directional signs.
Can I fly in to the airport?
No. We apologize that we are unable to accommodate fly-in traffic via the airport on Friday, Saturday or Sunday. The closest airport to AFW is Meacham Airport 817.392.5400 or DFW International Airport.
GENERAL
Hours
Gates open at 9:00 a.m. and close at 5:00 p.m. The show is held from approximately 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Water (Free)
There are two water tanks that provide free, public water. Please refer to the air show map for specific locations.
Restrooms
Portable restroom units are available throughout the air show. Please refer to the air show map for locations.
ATMs
ATM units are located on-site at the air show. Please refer to the air show map for specific locations.
Lost Children
Security will escort lost children to the “Lost & Found” area.
Lost & Found
Is located at the southeast corner of the tarmac, immediately south of Bell Helicopter’s facility.
First Aid
Is located south of the main entrance, north of the Bell Helicopter Customer Service Center.
Security
Numerous uniformed and plainclothes security officers patrol the air show grounds. Should you need security, please stop by First Aid, Lost & Found, the front entrance or a concession stand. A team member will contact security.
