What does your parking solution cost?

If your passes are FREE (as is common with military air shows): We provide a fixed fee, which includes equipment, pass setup, event-branded buyer support, SMS/email communications, and more.
If you’re charging for parking passes: We structure it so there is zero cost to your event. Our fees are paid by the parking pass buyers.

Do you provide traffic and parking plans?

No, we do not provide official traffic or parking plans. However, we review and advise on existing plans from your base or vendors. Our experience with 80+ air shows gives us the ability to offer expert guidance on entry points, traffic flow, signage placement, and how to integrate our parking solution for optimal results.

What marketing support is included with parking?

We handle all communication for you—pre-event emails, SMS updates, and “Know Before You Go” instructions, all branded to your event. Parking pass promotions can be bundled with tickets or marketed as premium add-ons too.

Do you provide parking volunteers or staff?

We don’t provide volunteers directly, but we’ll support your team with equipment training and day-of walkthroughs. We recommend sourcing volunteers through parking vendors or community groups. If needed, we can dispatch a team member for onsite training and support* to help troubleshoot and ensure smooth operations. *Additional fee applies.

What equipment is included?

We provide rugged handheld devices based on the number of parking lots and entry lanes at your event. Every unit includes:
