Ticket buyers – We provide ticket support for your ticket buyers by email 7 days a week and by phone Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm CST. We are able to help with any questions or issues that arise during the purchase process, or direct them to the event manager if their questions are event related.

Plus $2.00/ticket – All the features that make us popular, plus some additional services from our team. These include graphics for your sales page and e-tickets, and email marketing services.
Full Service $2.50/ticket – All the features that make us popular, plus additional services such as email marketing, advanced analytics, graphics for your sales page and e-tickets, and email collection services.
Custom – Designed for events with reserved seating, where we provide advanced marketing support, dedicated phone numbers, traffic and parking planning. Perfect for festivals, air shows, and large outdoor events.
Free events – We never charge a ticket fee for events where tickets are free! Promote your event and collect attendee information completely free. (limited to current clients)
Thermal printed tickets – For outlet or at-the-door sales, we offer custom designed printed tickets for a low $0.10/ticket plus the cost of shipping.
Stripe – Make the ticket selling process easy for you and your ticket buyers. With no monthly set-up fees, accept MasterCard, VISA, Discover, and American Express credit card orders directly into your bank account. Stripe charges a low 2.9% of your ticket price + $0.30 per order processing fee.
Authorize.Net – Receive ticket sales instantly into your merchant account, including the AttendStar fees. Standard merchant fees apply from Authorize.Net.
PayPal – Use your PayPal Verified Business or Premier accounts to collect your credit card sales.
AttendStar Payment Processing – We collect all your online ticket sales, including our ticket fees and additional fees. You will receive a check, minus the AttendStar ticket and credit card processing fees, within ten business days from the end of your event. The credit card processing fee for AttendStar Payment Processing is 3.5%. We do not advance ticket fees, so we recommend Stripe to collect your money faster.
International sales – Process credit card payments in US Dollars from credit cards with international billing addresses.
Advice – One thing that sets AttendStar apart from other companies in the ticketing business is that, with us, you are not in this alone! While you have 24/7 access to your Event Manager portal, we have valuable data on thousands of events and what made them work that we are open to sharing with you.
