AttendStar, an event ticketing and marketing company located in Smyrna, is looking for a full-time client success team member.Our goal is to help event organizers utilize the tools we have in our software to help sell event tickets.
This is a great position for someone that wants to learn more about all kinds of digital marketing strategies. In the future you will have many opportunities to grow into new job opportunities as they become available in special marketing areas.
Partial List of Responsibilities Include
• Talk to and support ticket buyers via phone and help desk software.
• Talk to and support clients (event managers) via phone and help desk software.
• Assist with marketing and sales functions, such as email campaigns and making ticket sales pages meet content goals.
• Post-event client satisfaction surveys via email and phone.
We want you to learn the ins and outs our software, including our ticket support, sales, and CRM platforms. We hope you take an active role in feature suggestions, new ways to improve and help grow the company.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, both written and oral, are required. You should be comfortable being on a computer all day as well as on the phone. This position is located on site in our office Monday through Friday primarily. Some short weekend shifts may be necessary during large events.
We’re a small company located in Smyrna, TN at the Smyrna/Rutherford County Airport. We offer an excellent environment to work in with lots of benefits. Unfortunately, due to our size, we cannot offer health insurance. However, we do offer company lunches, great salary and bonus options. This position should pay between $30,000 and $40,000 depending on experience.
