One of the MANY things we’ve learned from working with over 5,000 events the last four years is helping your ticket buyers get the information they need to click “buy.”
This means making sure your event/ticket sales page includes the following:
- An explanation of the benefits premium tickets offer. What does the customer get when they buy a VIP or Gold Circle ticket?
- Do you have a “Frequently Asked Questions” section that gives answers to common questions such as parking information, accessibility accommodations, children’s admission, etc.?
While the above seems almost too simple, by adding these details, you will REDUCE the number of phone calls you get and sell more tickets by never giving potential ticket buyers a reason to delay the purchase. The old saying is still true–the more you tell, the more you sell!
