If you see
"Ticket Not Available at this Price Point" it means you need to choose another show or this show is sold out. There are no tickets left of this type
"All tickets sold out" - It means exactly what it says there are NO tickets left.
"Online Tickets Sold Out" - It means you cannot buy tickets online there MIGHT be tickets at the door. We do not hold tickets and never know how long they will last.
"Tickets Available at the Door" - means you cannot buy tickets online and MAYBE you can buy them at the door. We cannot hold tickets and there is no way at all to know if tickets will still be left when you arrive.
We do not hold tickets back so when they are gone, they are gone.
- Tickets can only be exchanged when the order total is the same.
- The event you want to exchange to must-have tickets available
- If the exchange is a different price than what you paid, you will need to get a refund and purchase the tickets you want.
The only way to upgrade or add tickets to an existing order is to have a refund you and then for you to purchase again. Please click the CUSTOMER SERVICE button below and let us know you need a refund for an upgrade.

Tickets are not available locally and they might be available at the door. Tickets are cheaper online.
IF THE WEBSITE SAYS ALL TICKETS SOLD OUT THEY ARE NOT AVAILABLE AT THE DOOR.
Doors open 2 hours before show time.
You may show them on your phone. However it is faster if you print your ticket out because not all locations have internet or may have slow phone service.
When this happens it means one of the following things happened, in order of most likely.
- The 3 digit code on the back of your card was not entered correctly
- Or the card was declined.
- You entered your email incorrectly
- Or the tickets are in your spam folder
Items 1 & 2 you will need to order again. You were not charged if you see PENDING in your bank account it will go away in 24-48 hours.

For VIP all tickets are $25.00 even kids over 2.
Kids that sit in a lap are free if they are under two.

The Pre-Show Pit Party includes a chance to meet the drivers, get autographs, and take plenty of photos. Get up close to these Giant Monster Trucks on display and see our truck setup first-hand track-side! Kids can enjoy the "Kid's Fun Zone" where we will have a huge bounce house to play in. Pit Party starts 30 minutes after gates open & run for a full hour. Our VIP ticket holders have FREE access to attend Pit Party. General admission customers can buy Pit Party Passes in advance online or at the merchandise stand for $5.00 - cash only. Pit Party does NOT include truck rides.
Food and drinks are available for purchase at the location. No outside food and drinks are allowed.
Yes, if you have tickets to an event that was POSTPONED your tickets are still good. If the event was canceled you will be getting a refund automatically. There is nothing you need to do.
We have a no-refund policy. Our shows will run rain or shine. If the weather is too severe & unsafe, we will delay the start of the show.
Most locations have a roof over the seating area.
Generally, tickets are
$25.00 for VIP for Adults and Kids
$15.00 to $18.00 General Admission for Adults
$12.00 for kids 2 and over. Kids under need a ticket unless they sit in the parent's lap.
Ticket prices are always subject to change.
Most locations have wheelchair access to the building and handicap parking.
Fees are added per ticket when customers purchase tickets online. Fees represent service, convenience, and credit card fees associated with each online ticket purchase. These fees are far less expensive than costs for fuel & time to drive to a ticket outlet & the ticket prices are higher at the gate the day of the show.
Yes, you need to show the part that has the square code so it can be scanned at the event. Do not bring an email or proof of payment. It must be the code on the ticket.
