Here at AttendStar, we offer what we like to call “Remind Me” emails, or reminder emails, to your prospective ticket buyers.
Many times, a prospective ticket buyer will go to your ticket sales page only to check out the event; they are usually not ready to buy at that point.
Offering a way to allow the ticket buyer to sign up simply to be reminded about your event can increase the chance they will purchase a ticket, and in turn, increase your event’s attendance.
The most important content to have in the reminder emails is WHY the ticket buyer should attend. Maybe a YouTube video or an interesting article about the band would act as a way to remind them and to increase the chances they will attend? You can send up to six reminder emails. One email is sent every ten days.
