Ticketing

AttendStar was the proud ticketing partner for Fargo AirSho 2024. AttendStar sold reserved seating, general seating, and admission tickets both online and on-site. The event marketing team designed a custom ticket sales page for the Fargo AirSho to promote all aspects of the event. Leading up to the event, Fargo AirSho utilized AttendStar’s Square POS devices to sell and distribute Boca-printed tickets at the Fargo Air Museum. Doing so allowed AirSho attendees to either purchase tickets online or in person before the event. Additionally, AttendStar sent two team members to the AirSho for support. AttendStar came prepared with scanners, POS devices, and box office hardware to sell reserved seating on-site. 

Email Marketing

A ticketing company that will manage and execute your event’s email marketing efforts? That’s right. AttendStar designed and delivered a total of 24 email campaigns for Fargo AirSho. Nearly 20% of gross revenue was directly attributed to email marketing for the 2024 AirSho. Included in AttendStar’s email marketing service offering is a fully customized email template, created by our in-house event marketing team. From pre-sale to post-event survey, AttendStar designs and delivers.

Custom Interactive Voice Response System

Fargo AirSho utilized AttendStar’s ticket buyer support offerings for their 2024 event. Phone calls and support requests were handled by AttendStar’s ticket buyer support team. Did you know that 80% – 90% of phone inquiries can be easily answered by an IVR phone greeting? What happens to the 10% – 20% of callers who need to speak to a person? Attendees have the ability to speak directly to our ticket buyer support representatives at any time through our Custom IVR phone systems for every event!

On-Site Support

Two AttendStar team members provided on-site support at Fargo AirSho 2024. AttendStar assisted in volunteer training, ticketing hardware management, locating missing children, and gate flow logistics. AttendStar improved gate flow for on-site ticket purchases by pre-printing thousands of tickets. By doing so, gate efficiency was significantly improved.
