For those needing further assistance, the remaining 10%–20% of callers could connect directly with a live representative. 93% percent of callers had their questions answered through the IVR system. EAL Form

AttendStar helps military bases streamline the submission of Entry Authorization Letter (EAL) forms for on-base parking by utilizing segmentation and targeted email communication. By categorizing attendees based on access requirements, AttendStar ensures that the right individuals receive timely reminders and clear instructions on deadlines and submission locations.
