How do I connect my event to the app?
In order to make use of the mobile app your designated client success manager will need to configure the approved hardware to connect to our backend. Please contact your CSM and they will be glad to assist you.
Does this give me access to the event manager?
No, it does not. This app is designed to allow you the ability to configure which tickets are available to scan by accessing each device’s settings from the left menu.
How does offline mode work?
You can connect your device to WiFi or via cellular connection and it will sync the latest tickets for offline validation. After you loose connection to the internet, the app will allow you to scan and validate tickets without any interruption.
